Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The order was not received by the customer.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item was significantly different from the product description.

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for non-received orders) and provide any supporting information, such as photographs of damaged items.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance that do not affect the product’s functionality.
